The lowest one is blocking my action bar. And it is not the lowest one on the screenshot. It goes as low as to block my class-spec action buttons.

Edit Mode (Advanced Options) does not show anything for what that frame is.
It fades away after a few seconds, and I have to wait until it has fully faded away before I can click buttons (with my mouse).
