How do I open a ticket to talk to a human about item restoration?

still wrong.

Should be available for every topic. Thereā€™s an option Not listed here. That takes you to the page to create an actual ticket.

But that will probably not help you either and theyā€™ll just redirect you to the item restoration page.

They clearly state that when an item is not available through the item restoration system, they will likely be not able to restore it.

I canā€™t even blame them. With the amount of entitled, but Iā€™m paying for this game Karens I read on the forum each day, I can only imagine the amount of stupid tickets they get.

Thatā€™s a different page. How did you navigate to that? The previous page you posted though is the general search box for sure so stop trolling and admit your previous page was wrong (this looks correct).

i got there through your ā€œsearch boxā€.

still need help at the bottom.

not listed here.

contact us.

this is how i got my issues solved 100% of the time by a human being.

what the hell is wrong with you.

OK that seems legit. A problem is that this is technically a wrong page because it refers to the account itself and not WoW specifically, but: itā€™s fine; I bet it might work so thanks for the answer.

well, yes, technically its the ā€œwrongā€ section. but sometimes your issue is very specific and doesnt fit anywhere like that one time i had to sort out harassment from an individual in game, so i think its a decent solution.

however, you shouldnt use it to make a bazillion of tickets.

and yes it is legit, why would i lie about such things.

I went through Account Issues but was a unique problem not listed in any of the usual topics, that was just the closest and it needed an actual person to deal with it. The ticket was opened under ā€œNot listed hereā€ and answered by a human GM within a few hours.

However, take this as some genuine advice: even if you open a ticket you will not get a resolution from a GM for item restoration issues, they will send you to the item restoration page via a link (Iā€™ve been there myself before I knew that function existed and they were great with helping me restore stuff Iā€™d stupidly vendored) or they will direct you to wowhead and/or the forums to ask us if we can help with your issue (again some advice has already been given about item restoration) So how about taking a moment to think if you really do need a GM or if perhaps we can help with your issue instead of wasting your time trying to open a ticket then waiting till possibly tomorrow for an answer that you will complain about anyway and also wastes the GMs time and makes the queues even longer.

They are correct, Iā€™m afraid. Iā€™m pretty sure GMs can only see what you can see so if itā€™s not there, itā€™s gone.

indeed if i knew the wrathion trinket that procced wings would be decent for timewalking
i would put it in void storage/bank instead of deleting it lol

Iā€™ve actually had a GM give me my BS plans to make Sulfuron Hammer back way after I deleted my BS profession. I know its a recipe and not a piece of gear, but I think they can give you things back if they want to.

They will give you a link to the item restoration page and you need to work from there. Same with restoring deleted chars, they donā€™t do those things manually anymore and havenā€™t since Legion. The tickets you write them are wasting their time.
