How do i open a ticket

Its impossible to open a ticket to ask for some support so I am asking here.

I purchased a lvl 80 character boost for Cataclysm but it is not showing up

The order status is “Complete”

I tried deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder - still not working

Can someone help please

You can make a ticket here if you’ve followed all the advice and it’s still not working after the transaction is listed as completed.
