How do I remove the [sign of the past] icon in wow?

How do I remove the [sign of the past] icon in wow? It’s bothering me because it’s in the view area. It is not a click icon. There are three small icons of the same types. I mean they are not removable.

Various UI addons can filter out permanent buffs like that.

Uh…how exactly is a normal (event)buff in your “view area”? That would mean every other buff you get is also in that area.
