How do I return to the game scenario?

I upgraded my character to level 80 in dungeons without doing quests in the starting location, but I need to get to other locations of The War Within, tell me how to get there? (all quests are not displayed on the map, they just disappeared)

If you haven’t yet done the main scenario, you’ll have to do it first even if you reached max level.

You may have to toggle show low level quests and such.
