And before you say hit escape, interface, help… help is not there anymore and yes I have deselected tutorials. Every time I get a new hat or stupid toy a pop up wants to remind me about it!
You need an addon for that, Move anything is what i use to stop the pop-ups.
Seriously I need an addon not be annoyed by Blizzard bad spam design? LMAO!
Unfortunately this is probably something that needs fixed in a patch, you can’t stop it.

Yes you need an addon and even with that addon it does more than just that so if you plan on using Move anyhing( i think that’s the name) you need to search for talking heads and disable that option something along those lines.
