How do i stop the game from putting spells into my bar

ok i have 1 slot empty on my bar, and whenever i respec or change a talent, the spell goes there…

how can i prevent this? super annoying

edit:

advanced interface options solves the issue… just put the value to 0

put somethig there,a glider,a potion,a mount,something :smiley:

well i just want it empty tbh, i dont want anything there…

im pretty sure there is a way around this? but idk how
