How do I unlock red tint transmog for fangs of ashamane?

I assume I need to hit honor level 10 based on what it says on wowhead, but I’m not sure since the page has irrelevant information. Looked everywhere for answers but couldn’t find anything. Please help

The PvP tints are unlocked from achievements (wowhead links):
The Prestige
Crest of Heroism
Crest of Carnage and
Crest of Devastation

Are you talking about daggers themselves? Yes, you need Honor Level 10. Honor levels are account wide so you can do it on any character.
