Do sclaing mounts like headless horseman or the love rocket scale to 310% when you train a flat 310% mount , do they take the highest possible speed at moment of learning them meaning you need a 310 mount before you learn them or do they just sit at 280% max?

I will test it out tomorrow. I don’t think my horseman went to 310% even tho I got ashes. I can confirm tomorrow.
There’s no scaling from what I remember, the 310 to all was added in Cata I think. Only the glory mounts, purple proto-drake, Al’ar and Onyxian are 310

There wont be anithing account wide officially but account wide achievements (without rewards) should be possible with addons
I just checked it for you. HH is 280% still even if you have Ashes of Alar

Sad to see, but thanks for checking. I rummaged trough some old posts and the x57 rocket supposedly does scale but the horse didn’t. Couldn’t find anything about the love rocket
