How do some players have tier pieces?

Hey folks, sorry if this is a really stupid question but I gotta ask.

I’ve taken part in a few lfr runs, recieved a few plate pieces but they are just the base pieces I’m waiting for the catalyst to reopen so I can convert them to tier pieces and recieve the necessary tmog too.

But I’ve already seen some people running around vladraken with the current raid mogs. Just the other day I saw a dk with a full set.

So what other ways are there to get the Tier pieces… In particular the gorgeous priest one.

Normal, Heroic and Mythic Raid.

The weekly vault, depending on how much content you’ve done and whether you get lucky with RNG.

LFR has not yet opened all wings.

RAID UNLOCK SCHEDULE

**Week of May 8—**Normal, Heroic, Mythic, and Raid Finder Wing 1: The Discarded Works (Kazzara, the Hellforged, The Amalgamation Chamber, The Forgotten Experiments) becomes available.
**Week of May 22—**Raid Finder Wing 2: Fury of Giants (Assault of the Zaqali, Rashok the Elder, The Vigilant Stewart, Zskarn) becomes available.
**Week of June 5—**Raid Finder Wing 3: Neltharion’s Shadow (Magmorax, Echo of Neltharion) becomes available.
**Week of June 19—**Raid Finder Wing 4: Edge of the Void (Scalecommander Sarkareth) becomes available.

you can get a free tier piece by getting to +1600 in any form of rated pvp also

This is also true, you can get one omni token if you do either Keystone Master, AotC or reach 1600 rating in PvP.

I got a 434 I lvl tier piece just by doing mythic plus dunegones from the Weekly vault.

So yes, you can get tier pieces from the weekly vault with out having to raid.

Apart from that I got my other piece from doing a normal raid and I upgraded it to the highest level with the crests. You can also get it from the weekly vault in raid rewards section if you are lucky.

I got my chest piece from this season and most parts from last seasons set from the Weekly Vault.
