So when I make a ticket who am I going to be talking to ? Someone who can fix my in game issue, just some automated bot, or someone who can’t help me for in game issues? Are there multiple types of ticket or ways to open the ticket I need to know?
How long does it take on average to get an answer? I opened mine a day and half ago but still nobody replied. I had other ticket opened before but they seemed to be automated answers.
If I would like to talk to real person what should I do?
Well seeing from your previous thread, if this is a subscription/gametime refund request I don’t think your chance will be very good to be honest.
You’ve probably played the game at this point even a couple days is usually enough to block a refund request.
As for the answers, every customer support in the world uses macro answers - they may seem to be the same but they’re used by real humans to answer ‘similar’ tickets in an “efficient” manner.
Unless you don’t see a GM name above or below the ticket, then it’s automated. I can’t say how much faster exactly some players have gotten a reply in 3-5 days for example (while average was 14 at that time)
I’m a MVP (Most Valuable Poster) we help players with issues around the forums. And I’m leading the charge to the Afterlife by being the raid boss - I meant, my toon has not been fully updated yet to SL to reflect said level 45.
Nah the Blizzardians have a Blue Blizzard background in their posts and also Blue letters to distinguish themselves from others. Though you are not guaranteed a blue post reply in here, there are many open threads with issues.
I recommend to keep your ticket open and discuss this politely, point out that you’ve refunded Shadowlands succesfully and will not play the game any further for now. Keep the ticket short, don’t wind a whole story and don’t make legal threats. They will throw that ticket to the legal department macro otherwise.
Maybe an official post will come along with better insight eventually.
Well so far this is better than nothing. I mean if you have read my posts you know that mine was a series of unfortunate events that led me here, but I don’t have a lot of hopes, since it is only a problem that interests one user out of the millions they got.
Thank you for your answer. People in the forum seem to be nicer than in the game hahah.
Everything Saneko said plus not sure they mentioned don’t play the game. The GMs are likely to look at how many hours you’ve played with the sub.
If this ever comes up in the future, I really recommend making a character on a realm you intend to transfer to before doing so. Ask around and see how many raiding guilds there are, whether there are many of your faction around in the playing areas. Get a feel for the place.
I just did not know before. I just thought I had to rush to get the free transfer before they removed them and made unknowingly a huge mistake. I had no idea that such a thing could have been a problem. I mean I have been playing for a week or so. That was obviously the last thing I wanted. However, It can’t be fixed. So now I can only wait and hope they will help me.
Unfortunately I can’t post pictures here, but I have screenshot where around 9pm there were only 5 people in Oribos (The server is listed as high pop).
