How do we pronounce the names on a russian battleground?

Hello dearest players, I play this game from the beta. Usually pvp. Now it strikes me that every match I play a random battleground every time the horde is russian. How can I pronounce the names on voice [ communication ] 2 my friends?
Well sincere regards from a concerned paying player.

Download addon BattleGroundEnemies. Among other functions, it converts cyrillic to latin.

U can’t, but it dosen’t matter, cuz when u see cyrill u should /AFK and go do something fun!

To be honest, unless you’re just trying to make a point about playing vs ‘Russians’ you could ask the same question about any addon.

You’d need to use an addon because of an oversight in Blizzard’s UI design etc, like why pretty much any addon exists. No reason why Blizzard could not implement this feature if they wanted to, I guess.

Try petitioning Blizzard lol, you never know :slightly_smiling_face:

Why you need that? I never notice names of my enemies in bgs or arenas, it doesn’t matter, i don’t care how they call their chars, i see classes.

You just say, “kill comrade Ivan, Igor, Misha, Vladimir, Viktor, Anotoly, Andrei, Anton, etc…”

Why people hate addons? If you don’t like them, don’t install any, and make life miserable for yourself, and complain.
