I’ve used most of them currently for healing on frames.
Use macros. You can combine healing and DPS spells, for example:

Healbot for healing the group and myself in solo content, only with mouse - all healing spells binded there. Cast when pressed is mandatory.

5 shield of right (i’m spending most holy power on heals not attacks)
6 healing pot - kyrian - before it was from alchemy
7 divine shield
8 bless of prot
9 lay on hands
QWE moving, space to jump, backpedal button 5 on mouse, always run on button 4
T- engineering speed boost on belt
R- freedom
F- human racial
D-consecration
A-hamme of wrath
S-stun
X-summon steward
Z-slow fall from cloak engineering now
F1 avenging wrath
F2 aura mastery
F3 F4 free for other actions depending on various mechanics rarely used
LE: divine protection and divine favor are binded to mouse wheel up and down 
dps on 123456 etc for me 
except monk. 1234 is healing
Macros is not the issue here. I know how to make them. It’s all about what keys to use (e.g. alt in your macro example is a key and not very convenient sometimes (though it might be useful in this case)).
besides unless ur doing very competitive content, you really dont habe to dps so hard, so binds arent needed ;p

All with shift and Ctrl modifiers. Plenty of binds to go around with moving my have.
I just have all DPS on left hand and all healing and utility on my right hand. That’s healing as DPS though. DPS as healer would be the other way around.

I have my healing spells bound to my mouse and then use 1-6 for my dps spells.

I got all my dps on ALT modifier (1 to 5 + R).
i use dps spells, depending on how many i need, on 1-5 and use addons/mouse overs/keys bound on mouse, for everything else.
Would like to add that everyone and every classes probably has sort of different setups.
Like someone above is saying is for example not really doable for hpala, since i have to keep my mouse very often on unitframes to heal, but have to do crusader strike in between. Or when CS would have a macro with harm/noharm, i am ducked. I just keep my mouse on the spot and do 1 for Holy Shock, press alt 3 for CS, remove alt for 3 for Word of Glory.
But Clique mouseovers for the win, indeed!
On my shaman im using alt+1,2,3 on my monk i have c,v,b binded.
Im using alt modifier since you can use your thumb on it
I use clique for my ST healing spells on monk, and keep my damage rotation keybinds same as on WW, so i don’t get confused.
On my druid I have two healing spells on keys, because I ran out of clique buttons, but then there are less damage spells, so it works out.
