Help a newbie out here. I like to play with the PvP system enabled and doing some tasks with my rogue in Dragonflight I was attacked by a Paladin but easily fought him off twice. Then I was doing some tasks with my warrior and was basically bullied by everyone I met. It made me feel like warrior is very poor, they have no tricks and escape mechanism, which is what I enjoy using to my advantage. I never previously thought about that, I enjoyed doing some tasks with my warrior PVE-wise, but PvP seems poor for him. Or maybe I just don’t know the class enough, so any tips?

Then turn off warmode on your warrior?

Open world PvP to me has never and will never be fun.

The last I used WM was in SL prepatch - leveling is fast enough to not have to rely on a pvp bonus unlike for BfA which imo, was painfully slow.
That said I do see the fantasy in WM, it’s just better to use in areas that aren’t packed with people. Stealth is also handy (for rogues and druids) to avoid being jumped.
2x charge (on a critter or what not) + leap + stun/fear should grant you quite a gap which would be difficult to close without mounting.

Oh no; I dislike any and all world pvp.
The very notion of someone else trying to ruin your activity is horrible to me.
I actually used it in DF. Because I wanted some of the PvP gear for transmog.
So I did some PvP WQs. I hated every single second of it.

Maybe your warrior could carry around some invisibility-potions and drink them whenever something scary appears on the horizon? You could also make sure to always be near a cliff, so that you can use a goblinglider to fly away from the bad stuff. Or hire another player as a bodyguard and have them follow you in stealth everywhere, ready to jump in and help you whenever needed.

One simply can’t escape a Warrior…
As a warrior your only real chance is fighting tbh. Unless you use engineering toys like nitro belt (which could also be your end if they fail lol) or goblin glider.
Playing the game with minus 3 abilities, missing all that bonus gold and exp while leveling. Missing out on exclusive gearing options for Warmode players only, doesn’t make sense.
I have no doubt I made over a million Gold extra because of Warmode and saved hundreds of hours while leveling.
Playing without warmode is like riding a 4wheels bicycle, safer but booring.
I see yet another poor soul overwhelmed by the warrior’s mobility choices, really hope Blizzard address this at some point.
