How do you find crafters?

Hey everyone
Possibly a totally stupid question but… i’m trying to get a 619 fist weapon crafted for literally 2 days now
I have been told to put up a personal crafting order to ensure quality but… how do you find crafters? I have literally been shouting for hours in the /trade channel - there ios absolutely NO ONE there. The only messages i see are…mine… ?? Is there another place i dont know about where i can contact crafters ? Where are they? :smiley:

May be your server is dead? No idea. I just write /2 LFC [Super big sword *****] and within few seconds I’m getting whispers from multiple players. And trade channel is pretty active all the time.

I just checked out and according to wowprogress your server is horde one. So you need to create a horde alt, visit a capital, find crafter on the horde site, explain him that you’ll send order from the other character and send him the order. AFAIK it works cross-faction.

I ask in my guild
if the answer is no the crafter doesn’t exist

I dislike the crafting order system that can’t even justify its own existance (blizzard had to make crafted gear BoP even with the intention of it being tradeable just to get crafting orders to not be a dead on arrival feature). I’ll engage with it if I can negotiate beforehand with friends and guildies but I don’t like interacting with strangers, let alone negotiate with them.
