How do you get armour for your low level characters

I’m going to create a new character and I saw loads of low level characters with different armour Than they started of with how do you buy them

im not quite sure what you mean. do you mean heirlooms or regular white, green, blue and purple items?

heirlooms can be found here:

for the white, green, blue and purple equip well…world drops, quests, auctionhouse…depends on what you re looking for.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure Heirlooms are what OP is seeing. They’re by far the most common non-basic gear on low-levels.
