How do you get Skuld Vit to spawn?

I have been trying to find and kill Skuld Vit in his cave. But he is never there…

Do you need to do something special to get him to spawn?

It’s hard coded into the game that he’s always up when the spriggan world quest is available so you phase away from him when you try to kill him.

And he conveniently despawns when the world quest goes away. :clown_face:
