How do you get/finish Ashjra'kamas & Shroud of Resolve?

I cannot figure out… To queue for RF Waking Dream, you need Ashjra’kamas & Shroud of Resolve. But where to get it? Nazjatar quests, War Campaign I think but cannot figure out how far either.

I know Shadowlands is only 10 days away, so who cares?
I need the raid training, more bosses to train on.

So I still have some way to go but now I know what to do at least.

The whole quest chain takes 2-3 hours on alts with the scenario skip available, probably +1 hour for first char without the skip. The time can’t be cut down much unless you’re a mage because maybe more than 60% of it is travel time.
So, +1-2 additional hours if you don’t have 280%/310% flying.
