How do you skip to khaz algar if you already did the the war within quest at jaina in silithus?

Is it even possible or do I have to do the whole campaign again because I finished the quests before the launch?

I tried with my alt and when I arrived in Silithus and talked to Thrall I had the option to skip the prologue and be ported to Isle of Dorn.

You can skip the intro quests and go straight to the new content. Once your alt hits 80 you have the option to bring them up to date and skip all story quests up to the Stormrider Chain.
