been reading around the web and wowhead, but still havent figured out the requirements to unlock 8.3… any help?

Unlocking Visions of N’zoth Content
With everything that it unlocks, the questline actually has a pre-requisite: you must have unlocked Nazjatar and Azerite Essences for your character before you receive the starting quest An Unwelcome Advisor/Return of the Black Prince.
That should be sufficient.

i think i have unlocked the pre-requisites, but now not sure what it actually means…
Nazjatar, i have been there and quested do i need to finish a specific quest/achievement?
Azerite essences, what do i need to do ? (i have the heart of azeroth)
Does not look that way, so no.
Nothing. You have unlocked essences (the possibility to put some in your neck), so that part should be fine too.
allright, just weird no quest is showing up for me. Have no idea how to start “The Titanic Threat”.
The patch isn’t out yet. So the quest you are referring to is not in game. It arrives on Wednesday.
