How does dispel work?

When you yourself dispel an enemy, do you dispel in a certain order or is it randomized that which you dispel?

There is an order for example a druid with bop>rejuvenation>lifebloom if you want to dispell the bop you have to purge lifebloom>rejuv>bop.

thats wrong, its random

mass dispel is the only ability which prioritises the dispel order iirc, in that it will get immunities first.

Well it makes sense. Imagine you want to dispell bubble but MD choses some other buff instead and you read immune because of the bubble.
