How does herb and mining spawn in layers?

hi
i have two questions , thx for ur patience
first , is mining and herbs divided between layers ? i mean if there is 120 herb nodes , is it divided between 12 layer , so it will spawn 10 only per layer ? cause i can’t see many ppl farming but i still can’t see herbs available
second , if i barely can farm a stack of terocone & nightmare Vine , how can i see someone selling like 70 stack in AH ? this make me think that there is bots flying there for hours and hours !

so the reason why you can see someone selling like 70 stacks on the ah is because there are bots flying around out there for hours and hours.

Yeah every layer spawns it own herbs.

That’s why mining/herb sells for so cheap now.
