Let’s say a lvl111 player with relatively good gear ( ~250 ilvl ) meets with an average geared lvl120 player.
Does a lower level player have a chance against a max level player in a 1v1 scenario? Is it worth to make a twink for world pvp or not?
Well, my understanding is that the ilvl is scaled to give you a chance, and stats are not affected. So if you have high quality raid gear and good legendaries maybe… but prob need to hear from someone that’s tried. For sure, normal geared lowbies die very quick.
This needs an experiment, gonna look for geared lowbies!
