How does rare elite farming work now?

Hey,

I’ve just returned to WoW and not played since Legion!

I’m looking to farm some rates from the Shadowlands expansion, particularly, Bubbleblood for the Grungy Containment Backpack.

I’ve heard a lot of contradicting information and I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere!

I’ve been camping the spawn and killing it over and over and got nothing. Then, 25 kills in I got the toy to drop. A lot of people have told me that I can only farm it once a day, per character. Is this true? Or can I continuously farm it on one character until it drops.
