How does the stagger % work?

Hey monky’s

We now have shuffle (increasing effectiveness of stagger by 100%).
I have 48% stagger baseline, and with shuffle buff it gives 75%…

Can anyone explain this increase based on shuffle effectiveness? ( i made sure the same amount of agility was active).\

  • in other words, 100% effectiveness of 48% should be 96% no?

Correct it’s my understanding that you’re now mitigating (shuffling) 96% of damage rather than the 46%

Probably totally wrong!
