How does your character view the Alliance currently?

Blizzard whenever they see Taurajo and Theramore: These bad boys can fit so much redundant repetitive storytelling in them.

And I haven’t even mentioned the part where he starts going off about how the Horde killed Derek and he is (reasonably) grieving and seeking revenge for him, after essentially leaving his daughter to die in the Eastern Kingdoms in the Third War if she hadn’t sailed on her own to Kalimdor.

If anyone starts unironically defending Daelin Proudmoore and saying he did nothing wrong, always remember: a homeless half-ogre that talks to bears, the human that would eventually become the Lich King, Kael’thas, and a drunk pandaren that punches things to death cared more about Jaina than Daelin Proudmoore ever did for the entirety of Warcraft 3 before the Horde turned Theramore into the Royal Rumble.

My worgen, while allegedly a model citizen now, used to be operating outside of the law for quite a few years, so she has a reduced affection for it as a whole. She enjoys the benefits of being part of it, but is rather curious to see if it’ll implode over this and that internal squabbling.

He thinks they suck.

Humans and Dwarves are good at scrumping, elves of every variety are tricksy and untrustworthy.

Gnomes belong on the barbecue.

Fuel.

Just the usual Wednesday afternoon in Old Town or the Park.

I’ve been making a killing in the ammo market in those parts.

Dusting a finely aged image off, after all… a picture paints a thousand words.

Not gonna lie, that’s a pretty solid burn.

This character remembers the atrocities the Alliance committed against the vulpera in Vol’dun for simply aiding champions of the Horde. Murdering and torturing them, and torching their wagons (which they need to not die in the awful horrible desert that they inhabit).

Consequently, he views the Alliance as brigands posing as respectable and utterly hates them, attacking them on sight, especially humans who he has decided are the most culpable.

Currently, most of my Elves look at the Alliance as an organisation disfavourable.

Draenei & Worgen are the only trustworthy allies they feel they have within the Alliance. Humans are to selfcentered to lead, and only care for the plight of other members when it aligns with one of their goals.

They also have not forgotten the fact that most of the Alliance have allowed the Night Elves to be genocided, and the culprints of said genocide are still roaming around freely and without a care in the world.(Basicly most of my Elves dislike the Alliance to various degrees).

As a stagnant mess of snobbish people who secretly loathe each other and everyone else for a variety of reasons, often at the drop of a hat. Argent work means having to cooperate with them, however reluctantly, but few have actually earned any measure of trust. He wouldn’t trust his back to them even when fighting together, that much is certain.

Their role in spilling blood in Vol’dun isn’t forgotten either, and IC developments have meant he’s drawing closer and closer to just using his sword for its originally intended purpose against them.

An already active market?

Most of my characters view the Alliance as the dominant and the only legitimate power in Azeroth. Most of the past wars against the Horde were successful, and the Horde is allowed its continued existence only by the Golden Lion’s mercy, and very much against common sense. But, the current king is a peacemonger, and such is the way of things.

My character views the alliance with contempt. We fought their wars, we held the line and we always come through when the other factions bicker. Yet, where were they when called upon to defend our homelands?

They swore to keep to their word. To see justice for my burnt home and the genocide of my people. Yet, as the very first opportunity the Alliance bent in in the wind and sought out peace with the Horde yet again.

The Alliance is nothing but empty promises and lies. Even our leader Tyrande has forgotten their transgressions. Well, I have not. The Horde took everything from me, the Alliance did nothing to ensure justice or retribtuion.

Now I seek true justice. I seek the power to see retribution come to path. Only one promises to never forget and to see that in the future all of both the Horde and the Alliance will get what is coming to them.

Are you sure about the path you’re walking down, lass?

I totally agree. Neither the Horde nor the Alliance have done any good to the Pandaria or the Wandering Isle, except for occasionally correcting their own misdeeds. And even if the Deep One too isn’t our best friend, the factions will get what’s coming for them. The Horrific Visions only improved both their capitals, after all. Wish there was more than two, though…
