I don’t feel like that atall, warrior has improved quite a bit with Ulduar gear.
Just like your job drop a replenishment table and buff right? 
Exactly! Well it would be if I weren’t a holy priest, but still close enough.
Actually, a mages job is also to dps hard enough to cpver themselves and meme warriors/other meme specs the raid brings along.
Warrior dps has improved a lot in Ulduar, using Warrior to Sunder if you have less than 2 is a dps loss for the raid anyway, you should Expose using a Combat Rogue because they lose less dps than a Warrior does by doing so and the raid does more dps because the debuff is up faster.
So then you might question why bring a Warrior at all if you don’t need commanding shout, but generally if you’re at that point you’re running less healers for more raid dps and commanding shout is a good way to reduce deaths, so you take a Fury Warrior. Fury is decent on some of the cleave heavy trash like Ignis/Kologarn/Thorim/Hodir, it’s also pretty decent on some bosses like Mimiron/Yogg Saron/IC/Kologarn/Aurayaya.
TOTC will have Twins and Anub that also do play well into Warriors cleave strength. But from a large scale AOE or pure single target perspective, Warrior is pretty limp right now and probably will be until Shadowmourne, ish.

I wish my job was to drop a curse on the boss and afk until it needs to be refreshed, like it was back in Classic.
