As far as I can tell, the ONLY way to get one, aside from the vault, is:
Use the delver’s bounty map and complete a tier 8+ delve.
Is that right? wowhead said it drops from the underpin in demolition dome but i killed him 4 times on ? and ? and got nothing at all.

Vault and Tier 8+ Map are your only options (do it on a Tier 11 for 20 gilded crests while you’re at it. Crests scale with level). Underpin himself can only drop champion track.

I got mine in hero track from a delver’s bounty chest.
I’ve heard there are so many DPS items that can drop from a delve that getting a certain offensive item might be hard for you.
Aren’t there any other trinkets that you can go for?
Or are you desperate to make your Gnome get bigger?

yeah i’ve been doing t11 delves every week and I’m yet to get a hero track funhouse lens. I feel like I’m going to have to sacrifice my myth tier vault slots when it eventually shows up… and then it’ll drop for me from a bounty map ahah
But yeah, sadly this trinket is unique in that it doesn’t “boost your highest” or “boost your lowest” or “mastery only”. I was hoping I’d be able to get it from the cartel chip vendor but it looks like I just have to pray to RNGesus for vault/bounty map once a week ^^
And ah it’s not for my gnome 
my paladin has a champion funhouse lens and it’s outperforming all the hero trinkets I have, the only other trinket i imagine would be a good option is the haste stat stick one from the horrific visions. Ofc myth track is a different story, but funhouse lens seems like bis because you don’t even get the full value of everything else I think
Plus I just kinda like it! the 9k haste feels sooo good

Get Heroic Delve gear from T8+ off the Bounty map chest, which is once a week.
Got it a few times, I just ditched it… Turbo Drain 5000 is so much better.
