I tent to have my camara right behind my charater.
This does leave me blind to people attacking me from behind.
Most youtubers seem to have there camera max zoomed out. How far do you useall zoom your camera out?

Iâve got it quite far out. My toon is about 4-5 cm on the screen.

Close to max at least, i cant even play games if they are on first person view only

Zoomed out as far as it can be. I like to see what is around me.

As far is it goes. Gives a better view of your surroundings. Might be fun to play on first person view

I used to be like that in basically all games, i tend to have my character fairly close, so i can see all the animations and such.
I now have my camera far out as i can, it gives me tons more overview.
I still do it in Total War games, zoom in on an individual unit and watch them fight.
Maybe thatâs why i lose basically all my online matches 
Zoomed out to the max, I miss the days when it went even further.

Same here, even some 3rd person games give me motion sickness like Witcher, and I bought it and couldnât play it 
Oh i hope i dont get motion sickness from witcher, i just bought it
You just need to play with some settings, I have to turn off certain things in other games to stop the motion sickness kicking in.
Turn off any kind of head bobbing and motion blurring.
Having said that, sometimes nothing will stop me feeling ill if my friend is flinging me through portals in Portal 2. I sometimes just have to take a breather and get some fresh air.

I zoom out as far as I can during group content. Overview is worth a lot and the flashy magic effects flying around often obscure my character anyway.
When going out alone? I zoom in more. Accidentally pulling another pack I didnât see is not going to cause anyone to shout at me here, so I feel empowered to look at my toon more.

Oh yeah I completely forgot they once nerfed max zoom out distance for some odd reason.
Yeah. I canât really play or perceive the game now like I did when we had a natural distance.

Donât say it further to anyone, but i have several spots in dungeons where i use my blood elf-toy 
I have it on medium range I guess, this so I can see what happens around me. I donât really zoom in that far most of the time, though I do zoom out when I need to see more.
