How fast is the Saltwater Seahorse?

I noticed it’s available from the Doubloon vendor, but there does not seem to be any information ingame or online about what its exact speed is.

Does anyone know?

If it is fueled with Forum salt then lightspeed i guess.

hardly. my guess is as fast as the other seahorse mount from vash’yr, and that one is all but fast. faster then swimming sure, much slower than go on the surface and run with the water strider.

most likely, just another recolored seahorse. With the same mount speed as all the other water mounts.

Get the Darkwater skate, far easier to get for an underwater mount.

If it is just as (not) fast as the other rare Sea Horse mount from Vashj’ir, then I cannot possibly understand what the Devs were ever thinking!

I mean, surely they would be familiar with basic logic.

If the Sea Horse mount couldn’t move across land; can’t touch the water surface without dismounting you; will drown you while using it; or couldn’t transition easily from land-water-land-water; unlike the Waterstrider Mount, surely the logical thing to do would be to give the Sea Horse a significant speed advantage in order to compensate for its numerous drawbacks and make it a viable alternate?

the water mounts lost their viability when they introduced the water strider mount.
