How go to Vasj'ir?

With my lvl 10 druid, I want to go to Vasj’ir, to level there. So I spoke with Chromie, selected the right exp and I wend to the ‘hero’s call’ board. But there is no first quest to Vasj’ir, and the portal is also not there. I tried searching on google, but no luck :frowning: Does someone know how I can go to Vasj’ir?

What is on the hero’s call board? If you accept the existing ones ones do new ones appear?

Looks like this is the actual starting quest.

Isn’t all Chromie time questing just following the main quest line? Can’t remember which zone it starts, but Vashj’ir was one of the latest zones.

But anyway, you won’t be able to go to Vash’jir at level 10. It is level 30-50.

Unfortunately you have to do EK and Kalimdor until level 30 before you can go to those zones. I know, I’m annoyed about it too. I wanted to actually do all the high level Cata zones but noooo.

Vashj’r was intented to be very first zone in Cataclysm, as alternative to Hyjal, it was 80-82 irrc.

i have accepted litterly every quest on the board…(all from different continents, I can not look atm to check them again), but no Vasj’ir

I found this on wowhead comments:

Go to Bladefist Bay and talk to the commander in the tower (ground floor) to start the quest line from there.

See if you can speak to anyone in the tower there. It’s outside org, the closes thing we have to a small port.

That’s weird, they used to be 2 zones you could pick from to start in.

but i guess otherwise I will have to wait 20 lvls then… :frowning: thought the point of Chromie was that you can do every other zone… :frowning:

Cataclysm leveling in chromie time is separated into 2 blocks

1-30 is revamped classic zones

30-50 is the cata specific zones, hyjal, deepholm etc

Someone else pointed out the obvious I missed. You are too low to do Vash yet.

Cataclysm is both the Vanilla zones and Cataclysm.

You still have SOME order in how they unlock, for example the starting zones unlock at level 1, Darkshore, Westfall, etc. at level 5 and so on.
