Its A+/S- in both PvE and PvP. Go for it.
In pvp it is good atm, illidari hunted me down when they crit haha. Same for pve it might not be super meta class but it is realy pulling decent numbers in raid and m+.
Middle of the pack for pve and still trash for pvp.
Night Fae covenant is a must pick for both pve and pvp because cheesing enemy players to death with The Hunt/Fel Rush combo is the only dangerous thing coming out of Havoc DH this expansion sadly.
You will die to anything with a stun. People who say they are S tier in pvp are smoking something.

PvP: Good DMG, but no defensives, you’re weak and can easly die, You’re forced to spend all your cds to achive anything… in PvE they do decent dmg…
