How is the Arathi Hihglands/Darkshore rare loot(mounts) currently?

First of all. Need Hearth of Azeroth?
Can you only loot once a day or once a week? With every character?

Unless things changed since I last went there, no Heart of Azeroth needed and you can only loot once per warfront rotation.

I have 8 Alliance and 3 Horde alt. Can i farm with all of them? Cuz when i try with my horde(Arathi),cant loot the rare.

Lets say you want to get Alashanir this 2headed mount.
You can kill it as many times as you want, but drop will be only from the first try in a week, with weekly reset wednesdays.

So if u dont have Heart of Azeroth u can still loot mount,jsut cant loot azerite?

Yep, heart of azeroth doesnt matter, you can do many azerite world quests without HoA as well.

Ty:) In Alliance side the Darkshore portal are up in Kul Tiras. So i cant loot the Arathi rares?

Correct, as said in first reply once per warfront rotation which is roughly once every 2 weeks (10-12 days), loot resets when your faction has lost and regained control again.
