How is the SoD LFR going?

I dont use Reddit but i know many do and they also use the WoW forums.

They are usually staggered so you can’t exactly rush through on LFR

Just did LFR on my main, no issues at all. Most of the group was level 200-210 but we cleared all three without wiping (Both tanks were high 220s which helped I’d imagine) . The trash took longer than the bosses (all three took a while to kill) to be honest with a lot of people being thrown off the platform.

My first look at the raid, decided not to attempt it last week. Looks promising, will tackle it next week as irl is unusually getting in the way.

LFR is a funny thing, they make it meaningful and so many people don’t want to perform mechanics so it becomes a ‘mess’, they make it like it is and it is just boring.

Oh an the mount drops from the nine in lfr (I saw it drop)

This! How someone can say LFR is the most efficient way to do the raid boggles my mind. It takes FOREVER before every wing is out :joy:

And by the time it’s out we’ll all be 220+ Korthia quest gear too. Meaning it’s useless for gear. :stuck_out_tongue:

My LFR run went smooth btw. Main issue were people pulling the first boss before we got all 4 anima powers.

ppl trolled ap well, i admire that ;)

However tbf hungering mist isn’t easy to dodge in time, and it’s a one-shot..

Not in lfr I stood in it on purpose to see, took about a third of my hp

It was balanced, it’s just that some people need so much hand holding it boggles the mind.

Give me some examples how it is the most efficient, because i have legit never ever heard anyone say that in all my time playing the game. You are the first one who have told me this.

It’s inferior. Reward is trash. You can’t do it in one sitting as one seamless dungeon experience. You have to sit in a queue rather than just knowing “8PM ST we pull”. There’s nothing about LFR that is efficient. If all you care about is seeing the jpeg of the bosses and the dialogue, LFR is quite alright. But if you care about a good fight… eeh, it’s not that good.

Thats a lie as normal and heroic are out before LFR is actually a thing so your point is moot .

LFR progress

Lfr is just there to farm the mount from third boss nothing else

Indeed!

Just did it on my healer. No wipes. 1 shot all 3 bosses.

Stay mad.

Just did it on my Priest as well, as healing.

We had one wipe on Tarragrue, otherwise it went smooth. Some deaths here and there, but it seemed okay tuned. It’ll get easier over time of course, but the first 3 bosses seem like solid gameplay where you just get to play your character and do what it does best in a large setting.

So okay experience so far.

I’m gonna definitely give it a go since I recall the mount drops from the Nine on lfr too.

first raid wing, you wont get many wipes in lfr. Same with all raids, first wing is just a tester with one or two ooer moments. Its all about learning and seeing some of the abilities to expect in higher grades.

Still haven’t pointed any examples out.

You lost, therefore my point is right. Your just talking out of your … with that opinion.
