Whole mage quarter is totally another level than rest of the Visions and Umbric is close to impossible as a healer running 5 mask. How in the world did you invent a boss into Vision with 2 cast that annihilates you as a healer. Other one eats all you Sanity and other one sheeps you and you keep standing in s*** because of that. Could you even change the polymorph so that my char is still and not moving and spawning burned bridge zones under me.

Spec dps or take a friend. The fact that even attempting a 5 mask run as a healer is so easy is a massive concession and you want another one…
Just enter the fight with full sanity and don’t screw up the mechanics of the fight and you will have no issues.
The polymorph cast happens once per teleport, which you have human racial for one of them and just have to sit the other one. The Barrage drains you of 60 sanity per cast, so assuming you get polymorphed on both sides and you can only trinket once then you lose 120+18(2ticks) on the one side and another 120 on the other side. That adds up to around 250 sanity, which leaves you with another AT LEAST 250 left for the passive sanity drain and potentially mistakes on your part.
The question is rather: Are you geared enough and dealing enough damage to do it. I would think not if you find it to be an issue.
I think he casts Barrage 3 times. Right after pull and then once on each side. Human racial only works for stuns, so not polymorph. I usually have enough dmg to prevent him from casting too many Barrages each side. The problem is the sheep because my char moves in sheep and spawns Burned Bridge under me. 1st sheep is okay but during the second one I usually spawn the figment also when I drop to 50% Sanity. Maybe he is still doable under perfect circumstances but the whole other part of the Stormwind is totally other difficulty level.
Maybe next week, or then I try dps or tank spec for stormwind. I just got Mistweaver as main spec and rerolled monk for this patch so don’t have all fancy stuff for dps spec.
Just kill him before he casts the sheep!
