How long does the Gear Boost take?

Using the welcome back Gear Boost thing on the character select screen, it says “Processing… This may take several minutes” but it’s been like 5 hours.

There are some issues with Gear Boost at the moment that requires developer intervention. In the meantime, do not use any additional GB’s.
