Hey mate, you may also have a limiter active in the Bnet launcher.
Check this by going to “Options” (It’s right underneath the Shadowlands Logo on the launcher"
From options go to “Game settings” then click on Game Install/Update, scroll down until you see Network Bandwidth.
Make sure that both “Latest Updates” and “Future patch data” are set to 0 KB/s , that way it will utilize your full internet bandwidth.
