Can you tell me if the 10 required players to make your own guild area for guilds is 10 separate Bnets or can I make 10 accounts on 1 Bnet with the 10 having their own expansion packs and paying a 12 month each subscription upfront?
Also do you get to position your houses where you want them? IE. 2 side by side or is the housing map a set sequence?
Also lastly…. I’ve been flying around having a look at some houses. Some are huge and many levels high. My little house is level 5 but still looks teeny weeny outside. Any ideas please?
It’s 10 unique WoW accounts aka 10 battle.net accounts, as 10 WoW accounts on the same Battle.net account won’t be considered “unique” as they will share a warband, so basically equate 1 player, even if you pay 10 subs. So you will need 10 emails, well 9, since you already have 1, to make this. I think they did this to make solo-neighbourhoods a rarity to reduce server load. Tho the 10 sub price alone would be a deterrent for most people. But you do you hun if you have the money.
I think it’s kinda againts TOS tho to have that many, from what I see it sounds like a huge headache, you can only have battle.net balance on 3 so if you were thinking of paying with gold you can’t for more than 3.
I get it, neighbourhoods being an obligatory part of housing, instead of a solo home somewhere, is one of the reasons for why I decided not to bother with the feature, apart from other things. Since you seem to still like it as is, it’s best to settle for that, than have more issues down the line. Happy New Year to you too!

This could have been a golden opportunity for them to have updated this feature for solo play and allowed players to change the interior too and limiting the exterior to what it is. The only problem would have been is that you stuck in Draenor and have to hearthstone to your place. Then they could have added a further restriction by making the player choose between public neighbourhood, guild neighbourhood or restricted garrison solo with limited interior building designs. The point is to make it a bit more undesirable or else settle for less.
3rd side sources mentioned datsmined Silvermoon assets. It looks like we will be able to buy mansions in the city later on with system development.
Blizzard need to sell housing as evergreen system, that they can monetise later on with hearthsteel currency, so they won’t put recources into garrisons as a competing parralel system.
Housing areas use interface build in teleportation as well along with portals from mage tower/Orgrimmar gate. Don’t see a huge difference here beside Garrison Stone CD duration.
Interior housing spaces permission system is allready solo friendly and private property system that kicks trespassers out of the plot area are sufficient deterant from trolls blocking your house. You want all plots on the housing island for yourself?
