How many gear sets do you have

As the title says, I just want to see if I’m normal or not. My main is shaman and I have:

An enhancement single target set for raids
A general all purpose resto set
An enhance aoe set based around twilight dev
An enhance aoe set based around stats
A full damage resto set (mind flay and gushing wound corruptions), mainly for easier content where my healing isn’t so important
A mixed resto set for keys (both damage and stat corruptions)
A resto pvp set (heavy vers)
An enhance arena set
A resto meme set (haste stack)
A rarely used elemental set (basically resto damage but with my enhance azerite, pretty much only used on Alleria because it’s such a pain being melee there)

And I thought blizzard made armour have all main stats to reduce this right?

Anyway, that’s 10 there, do you have more sets? Fewer? about the same? Am I sane?

One, but a dozen of “this could be useful” pieces of gear to mix & match corruptions e.e

Does swapping less than 4 pieces of gear count as a new set now ?

You’re kinda trying your best to exacerbate the issue tho. Playing 3 specs and both PvE and PvP would eventually lead to that situation, with or without the BFA systems.

To your first point: a couple of my sets are just switching a few things around, I just made new ones for for ease, but they still count if they’re a separate set on the equipment tab.

And the second point, I fully accept that this is a situation of my own creation, just a little jibe , although I would argue that corruption has exacerbated the issue further

I thought you only needed one.
The most broken corruption gear set with all the best procs. The rest doesn’t matter as you see everything melt before your eyes.

I have a default per spec, and then multiple other pieces, rings and trinkets that I can swap out depending on what I’m doing. And then there’s a bunch of corrupted items lurking in my bank for the time I have resistance enough to unleash all the TD on the world. MuhahahahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHA!

ONE set to rule them all.

Three:

  • Mastery set.
  • Haste set.
  • TD set for Blood.

Although my bags are full of trinkets, rings and random corruption pieces.

I have:

*resto m+
*raidhealing
*raidhealing 2
*elemental

Also my bags are full of gear to swap around if i’m mixing it up a bit with corruptions. Also change my trinkets around depending on content and group and affixes and so on. I need bigger bags.

@hoodoodle- This is true to an extent, but procs effects like mind flay and twilight dev aren’t optimal for mythic raiding and higher keys.

@sinaaki I also started off with just a resto set and raiding/m+ enhance sets but I eventually got fed up with switching stuff around every time and just made new sets. My set for visions is basically my twilight dev set but with drest’agath trinket one corruption piece taken out so I can be under 40

None actually.

Apart from the one that’s on my character, I just mix and match on the spot.

I have an M+ healer set, an M+ tank set, a PvP healing set, Freehold farming set, and a gazillion of pieces in my bank to mix and match if need be.

I’m not really sure how much of could be categorised as sets but I have a bag full of gear to use for different things and stuff that I can’t equip yet or is waiting on the vendor to come round.
