like the title says. I have 5 toons, maybe i need to ditch one cuz i see pictures of only 4 char from blizzcon
others will know better than me, but i believe you can have up to 60 characters. its only your selected “top 4” that show in the warband graphic.
its just a graphic, its not the maximum size. correct me if im wrong.
The warband is for all your toons, on your account.
Only 4 can be selected at this time for the campfire but the effect still applies for all toons on the same account.
Should you think they’d add more like 5+ be sure to add a suggestion through the ingame feedback box as well!

Your entire account will have the “War Band” function… the character screen is just a visual feature of the 4 characters you want populating the camp during character login.
That’s just the character selection screen, Warband features will effect every character on your account.
Can I have 2 warbands? For example one warband with my casters and one warband with my banks?
The screen; 4 (why 4 I’ll never understand with 5 being a party size since the start).
Actual warband: Every single character on your account in Retail.
