It feels like too many, at least for me.
I’ll share an example for my (caster) Mistweaver:
- Enveloping Mist: increases healing by 30% for 6 seconds
- Renewing Mist: increases healing by 50% for 8 seconds (Chi Harmony)
- Soothing Mist: increase the healing of healing over time by 40% (Peaceful Mending)
- Soothing Mist (jade statue): increase the healing of healing over time by 40% (Peaceful Mending)
- Sheilun’s Gift: Increases healing by up to 40% (Shaohao’s Lessons: Lesson of Doubt)
- Clouded Focus: Increases the healing of Vivify/Enveloping Mist by up to 30% as long as you don’t break your Soothing Mist channel.
- (PvP) Zen Sphere: The target of this spell receives 15% increased healing.
Honestly, that’s too much.
In the next expansion, they’re removing Clouded Focus, but they’re also adding even more layers of modifiers with the Hero Talents.
My biggest issue is with Chi Harmony.
This one is currently our tier set ability, and it will turn into a talent next expansion.
It’s very lame because it forces you to cancel your Soothing Mist channel to reapply Renewing Mist, because Renewing Mist now adds a +50% healing received bonus on your target.
It’s clunky, and it’s not very satisfying. It’s just one more thing to keep track of so you can do the same numbers as you did before they added this talent, because they obviously tuned all Mistweaver healing down and expect you to maintain this buff so you can resume doing the same numbers as before.
And that’s just my spec.
What about yours? Are you happy with it?
