How much do Blizzard designers make?

I like the concept art, which will likely translate to the Mythic/Elite sets, which haven’t been made yet, so I’ll reserve my opinion until I see those.

But as always, then it’s like looking at art in a museum. Whether you “like it” is entirely subjective and complete in the eye of the beholder.
What’s probably important then is that the designs are different from previous set designs, so regardless of whether you like it or not, then the plethora of different visuals to choose from expands.

OHhhhh wouldnt THAT be something…

A lot of people would be very upset and shocked if they did do that. I can think of three people right now in this thread alone who would be jamming the admins with tickets " but im not a troll!! Why you ban me!!! And not him!!! Or her!!! They were meaner!!"

HHAHAHAHA. oh, you’re actually serious aren’t you?

you probably know more about pet battling and roleplaying, sure. but when it comes to end game content that actually matters? i could probably charge you an hourly rate to educate you.

Arrogant. Narrowminded.

And THAT is why your opinion is null and void. Elitists are scum who only care about themselves; and not in a good way.

i actually got perma banned on forums about 5 years ago. my appeal to blizzard included me saying that I am highly experienced in pve and pvp and can offer a lot of insight. they clearly agreed as I am here now. I find it hard to imagine being unbanned if I was someone like @Tah with absolutely zero end game, high skill level achievements in game.

I find it highly amusing you seem to think playing some high end content somehow makes you superior…

Your “superiority” begins and ends right there. You played end content.

Whoopee do.

Thousands, TENS of thousands do every day, every week, every month, for the last 17 years.

Permanently banned but a quick email to Blizzard saying "look here. Im important. I raid at the highest level possible, and everyone sees my name in pvp and quake.

Im just THAT good. You cant possibly justify banning me!"

Ive heard of self importance…

Wow.

I actually like them a lot, they’ve got many reusable pieces to be mixed with other sets. The only one I don’t like it’s the mage one.

We can start at 29k thats the minimum wage apparently in California.

Edit: Did some quick maths and checking Google so it might be wrong and its actually closer to 40k a year.

Because all perm ban’s were removed when new forums opened up 2 years ago.

From an anecdotal point of view, a friend who worked in the industry say Blizzard pay slightly lower but you are guaranteed to be kept on for years rather than most dev jobs where it hire/fire once the project is complete. Blizzard are favoured because they’re guaranteed job security and it works out that you earn more over a period of time.

Why doesn’t this surprise me in the slightest?

The delusions are real.

Has nothing to do with it. Like Daestra says:

Also fun fact; I have been selected for beta testing (and even alpha on a few occassions) for every_single_one_ of their WoW products (I was even still being invited for beta testing when I was on an extended WoW break) as well as their other games. So… Seems they like the feedback of this nobody.
