How much do you pay to crafters?

2.5k on public orders seems fair imo. All matts supplied of course.

You are gold capped and still want more, and call people entitled for wanting cheap crafts? capitalism at its finest.

1 silver at this point, nothing more.

Is it a crime? It’s fun to make gold for me. And yes, people who don’t have 5k for craft are just lazy. Capitalism? We have same resources, my time cost money, same like irl. Should I make my logos for 5usd since I do have money irl? SMH

It is not a crime, but it is not very nice either, to call people cheap and entitled because they dont think your time is worth what you think it is.

I’m pretty much self sufficient, craft all my own stuff. Taken forever to get to this point though. Before that I used to have a BS I tipped 10k to make my stuff.

It’s not my fault that people are that lazy that they can’t make some gold in dragonflght. I literally made 500k past week reselling BOE(minimal effort), everyone can do that. And also there are other ways, you can be creative and just think a little… I know million ways to make gold, and there are million guides and communities on that topic too. People also can just learn profession and craft for themselves, or don’t craft at all. If you have no money irl, does someone have to provide services for free for you? I earned my gold without botting or doing boosts, so I’m not your capitalist person.

5k free recrafted & 10k 100% max ilvl is my go to, sometimes people barter and ill make a deal… get a lot of work with those prices on my realm

If he says its 1000g i give him 1500.

My current Prices:

Base level: Tip (but sent back and blocked if the tip is below 1k).
Wyrm Crest: 5k
Aspect Crest: 7.5k or 10k Guaranteed (depending on cost of materials).

All crafts include any Crests Enchants.

You provide all upfront materials at Rank 3 and you get back Rank 5 craft.

So you say this…

And you proceed with this.

So which is it? Because, and correct if I am wrong. You are clearly annoyed.

Oh my sweet summer child. If you think that I am lazy just because I farm ore (and fish too btw) to make some gold, you don’t even wanna know how lazy are most of them people I talked to in my server… They won’t even do that, let alone watching a gold making guide.

Personally I despise grind, which is one of the reasons I play WoW so I mine and fish only when I want to do something even more relaxing or I am waiting for a queue. I am making enough to keep myself floating. I don’t need to make more unless I am starting to pay every crafter 50k gold.

Why would I care so much about gold making as to follow a guide? I don’t even like following guides for any of my games, half the fun is figuring it out yourself even if you fail at the end.

I care more about euro making in real life and it’s stressing enough having to do 2 jobs, and a second MSc at the same, do you really think I need more stress in my life?

At any rate, it’s not like I am trying to impose my opinion on you. You do you, there are others who will do it even for free. So once again, I repeat it’s a matter of supply and demand. The market sets up the prices, that’s the harsh reality we all need to accept in both WoW and real life.

Capitalist that doesn’t like the basic principles of the market (supply and demand)? I would argue he is not even a capitalist. But no matter how much he complains he can do nothing about the fact hia competition will provide the same services for free.

I didn’t read all, yes, I think it’s annoying that people think it’s ok to pay nothing to crafters. You don’t have to grind to make gold, unless you do gathering and compete with bots.
Also, people on this forum think that there are more crafters than there is. On my high pop server you can see people look for craft for a looooong time. Btw, it’s interesting, how you call me “sweet child” and whatever, after making topics today about passive aggressive behaviour of others. Interesting. Btw, I’m she and I’m not capitalist, you just think making gold is difficult, because you are too lazy to watch 15 min guide :joy:

Ok man, you do you… But complaining here isn’t going to change anything. That’s my main point.

You are free to read it all whenever you have time and you wish to. No reason to stress yourself over this. I am in these forums only because I enjoy a good debate on a regular basis.

I’m not complaining, was just wondering what people think (apparently, people treat others as slaves and don’t value their time) and yes, in long term it is bad to craft for 1k. I rather craft for 5-10k and the person who get the craft will pay same amount to other crafters… Or sit with bad quality or without a craft. It’s basically same irl even in design world (indian people make logos for 5 USD on Fiverr, etc)

You sound like your typical tipping culture lover always upset that people somehow don’t give enough.

The term “sweet summer child” is just another way to say “naive”. Nothing passive aggressive at all. I do find it it naive to call someone lazy just because following guides ruins their fun.

Also, I wasn’t making these topics I just participated in them because I think that what these people are doing systematically is wrong and is definitely not just “passive aggressiveness”. Imagine for example now if I was attacking you for the way you play or your skills just to bait you into defending yourself and completely sidetrack the discussion on purpose. Or if I was lying about you in some ways just to slander you and annoy you.

I promise you I am not here to do the same with your topic, only to offer a different point of view.

And how the heck would I know you are a she? If you don’t like terms likes “bro” or “man” you can politely tell me so and I will stop using them miss.

Now can we go back to the topic of this discussion? Thank you…

I am a teacher IRL and I have to do a 2nd job to keep myself alive because apparently people worldwide don’t respect the services I offer or the 7-year academic trials I went through to get the job. Not to mention that teachers are typical scapegoats and are scrutinized often by everyone.

If I didn’t love that job I wouldn’t do it because simply it doesn’t offer enough money for all the hustle it comes with.
A rapper can make a silly song and make more money than I will ever do in my whole life. Is this fair? No… However, that’s the market at play setting up the prices.

Market isn’t fair. It is what it is. That’s my point. So even though I disagree with the value you give to your services (and remember I am a crafter as well, so I value my services the same as yours) it doesn’t matter in the end. Only supply and demand matters. No one is treating you like a slave, don’t take this personally

It’s like this in my server which is why there is a lot completion and a lot crafts come for free. I literally tip this 1k because I just like to. I could just give 100g if I felt like it as well and no one would complain. The exceptions to this rule are very few (like with Lariat). However, if the market of your server supports the prices you are setting, more power to you.

Sorry no time to read this, mining ore

As I have already said, that’s fine.

I give usually like 2k, and for public 200

Nothing because this system confuses me too much.
I would be ready to pay them 5 digit if it means they can provide everything but as I still need some things to have on me beforehand I instead stay absent from it completely.
