Hey, currently I am ilvl 462 and pushing mythic+
hitting +12 atm and I feel my dps sucks. I am around 30k-34k on bosses now

I suggest simming your char for an indication. Those numbers are usually quite high, but it is something to aim for.

And well, you don’t have any corruption of significance - so getting one should help quite a bit.

yea my vert and crit is low and mastery is high but most my gear has vert on it which is weird to be so low I would have thought.
corruption is probably a problem as well for me.

Your DPS on bosses is satisfactory, your patchwerk sim is at 48k.
Generally you can expect to be within 10% of your simmed DPS if you play perfectly and stand still DPSing 100% of the fight.
You just need better gear and corruptions.
Well, that depends. If it’s a boss that spawns a lot of mobs, you should be doing high dps. I ran mechagon heroic to get some gear for my undergeared DH (421) and on the first boss (Troll King?) I peaked at 87k dps. I think we also pulled all the mobs around the boss too though. On the other bosses I was around 20-40k.
That is on a 5 minute fight, though. Talking about m+ bosses, in which most prolly last maybe 90 seconds on a +12 fortified, he/she sims at almost 56k.
OP: Gear is your main problem, but you can do better through perfecting your playstyle also. Your stats are okay, but you lack corruption. Never delay a global, prioritize Eye Beam -> Death Sweep -> Immo. Double pot bosses etc.
IMPORTANT EDIT: I just realized you run double Eyes of Rage (not worth - the cooldown reduction doesn’t stack), when you can instead use Chaotic Transformation on your shoulders! With CT your opener on bosses becomes a lot better:
Immo -> Eye Beam -> Death Sweep -> Meta -> Death Sweep -> Eye Beam. You should get a at player or at cursor meta macro here, so that you don’t have to waste time with an extra click. The double eye beam also extends your meta window and the haste you get from Furious Gaze. Reforge that azerite immediately!
