How much gold did people make in WOD?

i had 18 fully completed garrisons on my alts and ended up with 32 million in total but even in legion and battle for azeroth i was making 50,000 a week on several chars just mining and herbing , there is always a way in every expac to make plenty gold

And the final point I’d like to make is that alts themselves were not as common.
Boosting was not available (or if it was it was super new and limited)
Alts took longer to level
People generally preffered to just have 1 character.
Among other factors.

WoD was the single most easy expac to level in we had

Heirlooms
XP potions
Treasures and mssions that gave huge XP
Boost

WoD was the era that people leveled probably the most alts ever did you even play back then going by what you posted no you didnt .

Across WOD/Legion it was easily over 10M. At the end of Legion I was clearing 40-50k a day. They lost control of it.

Always been curious.

I personally didn’t go for the gold making scheme with the garrison.
I made a lot more in Legion (with mission tables) than I did in WoD.
My Legion earnings went into the millions. Approximately a million per week at some point. Of course I never got a big stash of cash, because well… I like spending gold.

I made around 1.5-2M gold in Legion. I played only 1 char and never played WOD. It were probably money printing machines with an alt-army.

No. R1. R2 does nothing, and R3 just speeds the missions up, which don’t matter, because I’m not looking at it more often than 4-4.5 hours anyway.
