How much honor is the "afk meta"

So, as a horde player it took me about 12 hours of mainly waiting in que outside orgrimmar to get approximately 10000 honor.
I went up against many teams in AB doing the “afk meta” honor farming. I was wondering how much honor they get per hour?

I farmed 100 AB marks 43 AV and 24 WSG in normal games as aliance and got 26k honor in the proces with 100% buff so you know its kinda bad, even with 100% buff it is faster to get 100 marks from every bg then honor cap

started Friday afternoon , played all saturday and half sunday as aliance with instant que and no premade
