How to accurately benchmark WoW?

Hi there all, I have decided to upgrade my PC.
It’s not really necessary persay, but I really do want to.

So I wanna do a fun little comparison on before and after, to see the difference (if any) between the two rigs.
So my current PC is;
8700 (non k)
16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM 3200mhz
RTX 3080 10GB

And the new PC will be the following;
Ryzen 7600x
32GB Adata 5200mhz DDR5
RTX 3080 10GB

So no new GPU as of yet, that I will add later.
I am gaming at Ultrawide 3440x1440p and have a 165hz screen.

I want to benchmark to see before and afters, now looking at my CPU/GPU usage, GPU usage has never once gone above 80% in WoW, mostly is around 30-50% honestly.
So there is a clear CPU bottleneck WoW likes L3 Cache yada ya etc etc. whatever, you know the drill.

How do I accurately benchmark this game? In your opinion?

Thanks,

No idea . Ffxiv has a healthy benchmark tool that i used to see the difference in my old and new gaming rig .
No idea how you can do it for wow

Okay I figured it out.
You can use MSI Afterburner to track average framerate, 1% lows and export that via RivaTuna Statistics.

Will be doing that.

Thats good to know . I will try it in one months time when i get my new pc
