How to activate the new VRS mode graphic feature

I can not activate the new VRS mode feature, I wonder why. Is there some specific way to do it?

try disabling MSAA and choose CMAA for example. Than VRS option should be enabled let me know if it helps

VRS only helps on performance if your GPU is the bottleneck, which is rare in MMOs that are CPU bound.
