How to answer a gm?

My account got hacked and I’ve got this tip, just to answer the mail from the gm (comes from no reply @ blizzard . com), but one question, because I haven’t figured it out…

How can I reply directly to the ticket?

Remember, I can’t log in, so for I have no history of the created ticket and the mail is a no reply. I’m interested.

If you have given them all the info they need then it’s not that causing the problem, did you by any chance use a fake name all those years ago?

Also deep scan your machine at least once a week when you are not using it. As you said in your other thread you have a way to answer them, in the account you are posting from.

The email is not something you should reply to. hence the noreply part of it.

Hey Dottie thanks for your reply, no I didn’t use a fake mail. I’ve always used my real credentials.

All I can suggest is that you reply from your temporary account making clear the connection to the original ticket. Not sure how that will work with the huge number of tickets around and whether they’ll be able to put the info together but I don’t really see what else you can do.

That said, just to address the question about how to reply to a ticket when you can’t log in, the answer is simply to send a new ticket. As long as you’re using the same email we’ll find the first one, but you can always include a reference to your old ticket ID if you want to clarify exactly what you’re responding to.
