How to appeal account ban?

I’ve created new battle.net account few days ago, because I wanted to create new retail character. I created account, bought TWW expansion and started to play my new character.

Just to clarify: I created new account, because I hate current implementation with account-wide achievements and stuff, I want to play new character without any old baggage. I did that in the past years many times, when I want to switch my main, this is like my 10-th account. Of course I never do anything illegal, my old accounts are just sitting there unused and I never got any issues with that approach.

So today I couldn’t login to my new account with error “account banned” and after I checked my email, I found message about it. When I tried to click links in the blizzard website to appeal, I can’t do it, they want me to login and I can’t login with banned account, obviously.

My accounts are registered with my real name, I’m buying things with my bank card which is issued to my name. I’m software developer, so I’m pretty sure that I wasn’t hacked or otherwise compromised, of course I never entered password anywhere but official Blizzard website or launcher. I never used any kind of automation stuff, I’m actually often buying gold tokens, because I don’t have much time to farm gold.

My new account (which was banned) is Tritica#2763. Please guide me in a way to appeal ban.

You should have received an email with instructions on how to appeal. In any case this will also explain the procedure.
